According to the social media experts, Apple’s iPhone isn’t as secure as it seems. Amnesty International reported that hackers can target iPhone users remotely and duplicate their information. These hackers use a tool called Pegasus that was created by NSO Group to achieve these tasks.

Through the use of Pegasus, the perpetrators can corrupt phones with an attack called “zero-click” through iMessage. The targeted user’s phone will be infiltrated even if the text message has not been opened.

Even if the user has their iPhone up to date with the firmware, there’s still a possibility it can be infiltrated.

Apple’s representatives are still declaring that the iPhone is the most secure mobile device and the best thing that they can do is make sure that the users are continuing to update their phones.
